This article provides members with information about the member portal.
The system applies to all current members of the Club. You have been allocated a username and, if you have yet to log on, you will need to go though the password reset to access the system. Beware that you may be prompted for any missing data when you first log in to the system. You can ask the system to remember you, either by saving the details to your password manager or by ticking the remember me box on the homepage. From then onwards, access is a piece of cake!
You have a unique member profile which is accessed by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the site. Your profile holds your contact details plus those of your next of kin, together with any information we might need in case of emergency. You can edit and update any of this data (including changing your username if desired). Just click on the pencil and make the change.
You will also see details of your membership subscription for the current year ending on 31 March next. You will be prompted when this is due for renewal.
New prospective members are asked to register themselves directly via the "Register for Membership" option on the home page. Initial membership will be for a free trial period. The relevant Committee members receive notification of your registration and will contact you to process your membership application.
We have taken the member data we hold about you and placed it in a secure website. This was done to ensure efficient and effective processing of your data and help us to meet our General Data Protection obligations. There are certain consents and agreements required from you (such as permission to send you emails of general interest) and these are shown on your profile.
You can access the system via the button below. Just pop in your username and password and sign in. Don’t be tempted to register again, if you are in doubt contact Mike Fergie through Whatsapp and he will guide you through the sign-in process. We have already sent your username by email.
The system is now live, and records details of your profile and subscription from 1 April 2026.
The platform also provides for event management which is the subject of a seperate article (see the link below).
We have been collecting and storing membership data in a variety of formats since the club was formed. This has grown exponentially as the club has developed and has become a bigger challenge to administer and keep up to date. We can now collaborate on this new platform and encourage you to engage by managing your own data.
As you will be well aware, the club also organises a wide range of activities; as well as our regular football sessions, we play friendly and league fixtures and organise social events. The system enables us to capture all of this in one place so that you can see everything and opt in to those events in which you wish to participate.
The web based platform is run in conjunction with MyClubhouse, who are speialist providers.
